Vaccinations
To ensure the safety of your pet as well as the safety of others, we require proof that your dog is up to date on his or her rabies vaccination.  There will be no exceptions.

Temperament
We will not groom dogs who are aggressive, as this is a potential risk to both the dog and the groomer.
