About Us

Red Carpet Pet Grooming, Inc. is a family-owned and operated full-service pet salon founded by animal lover and dog owner, Amy Grove.  Although she worked for 10 years as an accountant in the insurance industry, Amy always dreamed of a career that would enable her to work with her four-legged friends.  In 2004, soon after moving to Tampa with her husband Jeff, she began to volunteer as an animal companion and adoption assistant at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Not long after that, she took the first step in making her dream come true by attending the Bay Area Pet Grooming Academy, Inc. right here in Tampa. Amy graduated with a diploma

Oscar

in Advanced Professional Pet Grooming Techniques and Services, and she then went on to establish Red Carpet Pet Grooming, Inc.  She looks forward to seeing her canine clients each day, and her compassion for animals is evident in her enthusiastic and gentle approach to grooming them.

Kelly and Amy

Amy’s sister, Kelly, also works at the salon. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in dance and has also worked as a nanny.  She has always held a soft spot for animals and has a knack for making them feel loved and at ease.

Amy’s dog Oscar, a Shih-tzu mix that she adopted in 2004, can also be found patrolling the salon on a daily basis.  No matter how big or small your dog is, Oscar will be sure to welcome him or her with open paws!

Both Amy and Kelly pride themselves on treating every pet like he or she was their own. They strive to make the salon a caring place for your pet by pampering them in a patient, comfortable atmosphere.
